    1. General Shipping Information

 

CadreSix Development Group is committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of our products, training materials, and merchandise. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

 

    2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • Custom orders, bulk purchases, and specialized training materials may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

 

    3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time depends on the selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: [Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days]

  • Expedited Shipping: [Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days]

  • Overnight Shipping: [Estimated delivery time: 1 business day]

 

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

    4. Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times and shipping costs vary based on the destination. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. CadreSix Development Group is not responsible for any customs-related delays.

  • If you are outside our shipping zones, please contact us at info@cadresix.com to discuss alternative shipping options.

 

    5. Order Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.

  • If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within the expected processing time, please contact us at info@cadresix.com.

 

    6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in locating or replacing your package.

  • CadreSix Development Group is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses, or customs clearance delays.

 

    7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details on how to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all included materials within 10 days of receipt.

 

    8. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • If an address change is needed after the order has been placed, please contact us immediately at info@cadresix.com

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address, and customers must coordinate directly with the carrier for any modifications.
