What is The Det?
The Det is CadreSix’s private development membership—a structured program designed for individuals committed to raising their standard and improving performance over time.
It is not a course, a content platform, or surface-level motivation. It is a consistent, guided environment built on real-world experience, focused on developing discipline, accountability, and the ability to perform under pressure.
For those serious about improving, The Det provides the structure, guidance, and standard required to make real progress.
Who is The Det designed for?
The Det is designed primarily for teens and young adults who are ready to build discipline, confidence, and direction, and are committed to improving where they are in life.
It also supports individuals who know they are capable of more and are prepared to do the work to reach a higher standard. Parents often choose The Det as a structured environment where their child can develop accountability, resilience, and stronger habits early on.
The one requirement is simple—commitment. Background, starting point, and experience are less important than a genuine willingness to show up, improve, and be held to a higher standard.
What do I get as a member of The Det?
From day one, a welcome pack is sent to your door, including a signed copy of Scars Don’t Fade, a CadreSix t-shirt, and a personal note from Glen.
Each month includes structured development sessions, supported by ongoing guidance and accountability. Members also take part in weekly live group sessions and receive a weekly development challenge designed to build discipline, resilience, and consistency.
Additional benefits include access to practical frameworks and insights drawn from real-world experience, a private member environment, regular progress reviews, and priority access to all CadreSix programs and events.
Everything is designed to be active, structured, and focused on real progress.
How much does The Det cost?
The Det Membership is $347.00 per month, with a minimum three-month commitment. After the initial term, membership continues on a month-to-month basis.
The membership includes structured development sessions, weekly engagement, ongoing accountability, and access to a full program designed to support consistent progress and real results.
There are no hidden costs or upsells—everything is included within a clear and straightforward membership.
Why a three month minimum commitment?
Real progress takes time. The members who see the strongest results are those who commit consistently over at least 90 days.
Three months of structured development, regular engagement, and ongoing accountability allows individuals to build better habits, improve focus, and develop a higher standard that lasts beyond the program.
The three-month minimum helps maintain consistency and ensures every member has the opportunity to experience meaningful, lasting progress.
Is The Det worth it for a teenager or young person?
Yes. Many of the most committed and engaged members are teenagers and young adults.
The Det provides a structured environment where young people are challenged, supported, and held to a consistent standard. It focuses on building discipline, confidence, accountability, and direction—skills that carry into school, sport, and future goals.
For parents, the membership provides access to experienced guidance, regular engagement, and a program designed to support real, lasting development over time.
Do you offer standalone coaching sessions outside of The Det?
Yes. Glen offers private one-to-one coaching sessions for individuals who want direct access without a membership commitment.
Sessions are 45 minutes. For non-members, sessions are $195.00. Det members receive a preferred rate of $165.00 per session.
For those looking for more structured progression, a six-session package is available. Non-members can purchase six sessions for $1,080.00, while Det members receive a preferred rate of $900.00.
Glen is a certified professional coach, bringing over 35 years of real-world experience into each session.
What is the six session coaching package?
The 6-session coaching package is a structured series of sessions delivered over six weeks with Glen. Each 45-minute session builds on the last, with progress tracked, focus adjusted, and accountability maintained throughout.
It is not a set of isolated conversations, but a structured progression designed to support clear development and measurable improvement over a defined period.
For non-members, the 6-session package is $1,080.00. Det members receive a preferred rate of $900.00.
This option is ideal for individuals who want a focused, time-bound commitment with real guidance and accountability, or for those considering The Det as a longer-term next step.
How does standalone coaching compare to The Det membership?
Standalone coaching provides direct access to Glen for a defined period—either a single session or a structured six-session package.
The Det Membership offers a more comprehensive and ongoing development environment. In addition to regular access, it includes structured sessions, weekly group engagement, development challenges, ongoing accountability, and a private member environment, all designed to support consistent progress over time.
For individuals focused on long-term development, The Det provides a more structured and complete approach. Standalone coaching can be effective for targeted support, while The Det is designed for sustained growth, accountability, and progression.
