SHAPED BY PRESSURE.
DRIVEN BY IMPACT.

After decades working behind the scenes in high-stakes environments, Glen Burton works with individuals and teams to lead with intent, think clearly under pressure, and perform when it matters most.

CadreSix exists for those who want more than motivation. Built on over two decades of experience in environments where failure carried real consequences, founder Glen Burton applies principles of discipline, resilience, and decision-making under pressure to develop individuals and teams capable of performing when it matters.

Glen Burton has spent more than three decades working in environments where leadership, judgement, and performance mattered. He began with ten years in the military, where he learned the foundations of discipline, responsibility, and leading under pressure.

Over the next twenty-five years, Glen operated globally in protective and diplomatic roles, supporting heads of state, royalty, senior diplomats, and business leaders across more than 100 countries. The work demanded clarity of thought, composure, and the ability to perform when conditions were complex, fast-moving, and unforgiving.

Across decades of sustained pressure, one pattern became clear: peak performance isn’t driven by motivation or confidence alone. It’s built through disciplined thinking, clear standards, and the ability to function when pressure is high and conditions are far from ideal.

Today, as founder of CadreSix, Glen works with individuals and teams focused on leadership, performance, and execution under pressure — from teenagers and athletes to senior leaders operating in high-stakes environments. The work is practical, demanding, and grounded in real experience.

This isn’t about theory.

It’s about building the edge that holds.

WHAT OTHER'S SAY

“Glen pushed me further than I’d ever gone before, by holding me to a higher standard than I was used to. At times it was uncomfortable, but it exposed where I was cutting corners and where I still had more to give. I came out at a level I hadn’t reached before.”
“Glen doesn’t motivate in the way people expect. He doesn’t talk much and he doesn’t sell anything. He pays attention. That’s what caught me out. He noticed things in how I reacted, how I made decisions, and where I’d lowered my own expectations. Nothing was forced, but nothing was ignored either.”

SCARS DON'T FADE

AVERAGE IS CROWDED. THE EDGE IS EARNED. CHOOSE YOUR SIDE.

Scars Don't Fade
Raised on a tough estate in Middlesbrough, England, Glen learned early that life doesn’t wait until you’re ready. Across more than three decades of military service and private protective work — safeguarding royalty and senior executives — he operated in environments where average meant failure and pressure was constant.

Scars Don’t Fade explores how pressure rewires people — and how it can either weaken you or sharpen you, depending on how you respond. This is not a book about motivation. Motivation fades when discomfort arrives. It’s about discipline, mindset, and capability. About building standards that don’t collapse when things get hard.

Glen works with those committed to peak performance — people who understand that elite outcomes are built through disciplined thinking, mental resilience, and standards applied consistently under pressure.

Your scars don’t define you. What you build from them does.

SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

EVERYONE HAS AN EDGE. MOST PEOPLE NEVER USE IT.

Speaking Engagements

Glen’s speaking work is shaped by decades spent operating under pressure, where decisions mattered and performance was visible. From military leadership to global protective roles, he has seen how people behave when plans fail, stakes rise, and comfort disappears — and how quickly performance gaps are exposed.

His talks explore what pressure reveals in individuals and groups, and why most people struggle to perform consistently when conditions turn difficult. This is not motivational speaking to generate energy in the room. Energy fades. The focus is on behaviour, decision-making, and the standards people default to when things stop going smoothly.

Glen speaks across keynotes, fireside conversations, podcasts, and closed-room sessions with leaders, teams, and performers who want something more honest than surface-level inspiration. The aim is to challenge assumptions, confront habits, and leave people thinking differently about how they prepare, act, and lead under pressure.

The measure of these engagements isn’t how people feel when they leave — it’s how they perform afterwards.

CADRESIX

THIS IS WHERE THE EDGE IS BUILT UNDER PRESSURE.

CADRESIX

CadreSix was built as a direct extension of Glen’s operational experience, not as a traditional training company. It exists to apply hard-earned lessons about pressure, discipline, and performance in a structured way, without softening the realities that shape real capability.

The work inside CadreSix exposes individuals and teams to challenge by design. Pressure is used deliberately — not to break people, but to reveal gaps, sharpen decision-making, and develop standards that hold when conditions are far from ideal. Comfort is not the goal. Capability is.

CadreSix works with teenagers, athletes, leaders, and teams who are willing to be honest about their limits and deliberate about building their edge. The environments vary, but the expectation never changes: show up properly, take responsibility, and perform when it counts.

CadreSix is about finding potential, what you can rely on when pressure comes, and how to go beyond limit that were holding you back previously.
