CadreSix wasn’t created in a classroom. It was forged in the field — under pressure, in high-threat environments, and across decades of operational experience. From war zones to boardrooms, founder Glen Burton has led teams, protected global visionaries, and built high performers where failure wasn’t an option.

 

That mindset runs through everything we do.

Our team isn’t built from instructors — it’s forged from operators, leaders, and mentors who’ve lived what they teach. These are individuals who’ve led in conflict zones, advised corporate powerhouses, coached elite athletes, and rebuilt lives under extreme pressure. We call them our Directing Staff (DS), and they don’t just guide — they shape.
