    1. Overview

 

At CadreSix Development Group, we strive to provide high-quality services, training programs, and products. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our terms for refunds, cancellations, and exchanges. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

    2. Refund Eligibility

 

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Training Programs & Workshops: Refunds may be issued if requested at least 3-days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Consulting Services: Refunds are not provided for consulting services already rendered. If a cancellation is made before service delivery, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

  • Physical Products (Merchandise, Training Materials, etc.):

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact within 10 days of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect upon receipt.

  • Digital Products & Online Courses: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, and refunds will not be provided once access has been granted.

    3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

 

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have already been delivered.

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Digital downloads, e-books, and online training courses.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows for scheduled training sessions.

  • Shipping fees (unless due to an error on our part).

    4. Requesting a Refund

 

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@cadresix.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

  2. If returning a physical item, ship the item to CadreSix Development Group, 88 E. Main Street, Mendham, New Jersey, 07945, and provide tracking information.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

    5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a training session or workshop, please notify us at least 3 days in advance to receive credit toward a future session.

  • Missed training sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

    6. Processing Time for Refunds

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.

  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
